About

In August of 2007, a group of people gathered with the dream of becoming a new community of faith. We met on Sundays at a community clubhouse in the Westchase area. We prayed, studied the Scriptures, shared our stories, dreamed of the future and began taking some first steps toward creating a new local church.

In October of 2007, we leased an office and began renovating it for our Sunday meetings. We have been meeting at this location for the past year.

In January of 2008, we started a nonprofit group called Vox Culture. Through Vox Culture we are bringing together the voices of artists, musicians and entrepreneurs to speak for those who have no voice. To date, Vox’s primary expressions are the “Global Cafe” and “Vox Populi.” Both are a combination of gallery, live music, social space, and cause. See more details at voxculturehouston.org.

In May 2009 we started meeting at a warehouse along I-10 and Bingle. We are currently remodeling and preparing the place for new projects in the Fall. Come and see our work in progress. We meet on Sundays at 9:30AM, 8570 Katy Freeway Suite 116, Houston, TX 77024.
