PRICING & REGISTRATION | PAYMENT DETAILS | VOLUNTEER | RETREAT EXPERIENCE

This year's church-wide retreat will be located at Pine Cove - Outback in Columbus, Texas. Children’s programming will be available for age 3 - 5th grade!

Dates and Times:
Arrival: Friday, Sept 20 between 7:00-9:00 PM (dinner not provided).
Departure: Sunday, Sept 22 after 2:00 PM (after lunch).

Pricing and Registration:

Please read carefully for all relevant registration and payment information. Unlike previous years, we now have early bird and late registration pricing as follows:

Full Weekend

  • Early Bird Registration age 11+: $139 (deadline: 8/18)

  • Regular Registration  age 11+: $159 (deadline: 9/1)

  • Late Registration  age 11+: $179 (deadline: 9/14)

  • Kids Age 3-10: $55

  • Kids Age age 0-2: Free!

Saturday only (lunch and dinner included) -deadline 9/1:

We recommend that you and your family stay the entire weekend for the full retreat and community experience. That being said, we want to give attendees a Saturday day-pass option to allow those who otherwise wouldn't be able to come the flexibility to attend. Day pass only registrations will not be accepted after the 9/1 registration deadline. Those who wish to attend for Saturday and Sunday will need to pay the full weekend price.

  • Age 11 and older: $85

  • Age 3-10: $55

  • Age 0-2: Free!

Additional Considerations:

Large Family Discount: Pricing for large families is capped at $468 (this limit does NOT include additional paid activities).

Scholarships: Partial (50%) and Full Scholarships are available by request and after staff approval.


Payment Details

Personal checks, cash, or credit card accepted only. Please make your registration payment out to Access and include your name + Access retreat in comment line . Cash (in labeled envelope) + checks can be dropped off in the offering box on Sundays. Credit card payments are accepted from registration form or through Breeze via http://www.accesslive.org/give (Select RETREAT fund).

Please pay by your registration cutoff deadline for discount pricing with FINAL payments received no later than Sunday September 14, 2019.

Unless special provisions have been made, if payment is not received by this date, your registration will be incomplete.

If your plans change and you will no longer be able to attend the retreat, PLEASE let the retreat coordinators know at retreat@accesslive.org.

In order for the Access Retreat to run smoothly, we rely on the volunteer efforts of our Access Faith Village to serve in various capacities as listed below. Parents dropping off children in childcare for 2+ large group sessions are required to sign up to volunteer for 1 of the 3 large group sessions as a childcare assistant.

Please sign up to serve! The # of volunteers we still need for each position are listed as "# remaining" next to each slot.

Retreat Experience

Accommodations:

  • Families with children will have their own rooms. Each room has its own bathroom.

  • Singles and married couples without children will be split into men's and women's separate rooms (4 bunk beds per room). Each room has its own bathroom. If we have enough rooms, we will try to accommodate private rooms for married couples, if requested.

  • Linens and towels will NOT be provided by this site. Please bring your own.

  • Fishing (must provide own equipment)(catch and release -
    policy)

Saturday Scheduled Activities Included in Registration Price:

  • Zipline

  • Barn Swing

  • Swimming Pool

What to Bring:

  • Bible, pen, notebook

  • Flashlight

  • Changes of clothing for 2 nights

  • Toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, shampoo, soap, etc.

  • Any medication you/your family might need

  • Pillow

  • Sleeping bag/sheets/additional blankets

  • Drinking containers for water (optional)

  • Towels 

  • Snacks (optional - not allowed to eat in bedrooms)

  • Sunscreen, insect repellant

  • Swimming suit (optional)

  • Flip flops (optional)

  • Extra clothes for outdoor activities
