Did you know that six kilometers, or 3.7 miles, is the average distance a person in the developing world has to walk to find water—water that is often not safe to drink or wash their hands with? For every $50 raised through this Global 6k, World Vision is able to provide clean water for one person!

Through a special partnership between the ECC and World Vision, we’ll be raising funds to provide clean water for our friends in the DR Congo. Our goal is to raise $2000 or more!

Participants have two options for participation:

1) Gather with others on Sat, May 22 in Sugar Land or Memorial Park, or

2) Participate at a time convenient for you with family/friends.
