Rev. Ted Law leads the church by overseeing the vision and mission of the Church, teaching, and connecting us with the wider Kingdom of God. For fun he loves traveling with family, photography, walking his dog Jax and working on his old car. In 2021 Ted was diagnosed with spinocerebellar ataxia and is working through the new health challenges.

Josh Yip is our Youth Director. He works under our Family Pastor and directly with the Youth Group at our church to ensure a rich, loving, and welcoming environment for all middle and high schoolers that attend Access.

Rev. Grace Lin received her M.Div. from Fuller Seminary in Pasadena in 2009 and has over 20 years of vocational ministry experience in local churches in Houston and Los Angeles. She also graduated with a business degree from Trinity University and worked as an Associate Area Director with InterVarsity in Austin. In 2022, she was ordained to Word and Sacrament with the Evangelical Covenant Church. She loves being a mom of 4 boys (including identical twins!), watching sunsets, eating sushi, hiking in 55-70 degree weather, and hanging out on beaches.

The lead team members are dedicated to the long term vision and outlook of Access and serve three year terms. We look to God, who gives us purpose and mission, for spiritual guidance. The staff also provides leadership in the goals we set.
