Imagine walking 3.7 miles to obtain water - to put this into perspective, that is 15 laps around a football field without adequate shoes. More than 3 million children and 14 million women walk over 30 minutes to collect water, encountering steep and rocky hills, snakes, bees, and nefarious people who lay in wait for them. On the way back they do this again, carrying a gallon of water in each hand. But did you know $50 can provide clean water to one person in need.

What can we at Access Church do to help? You can join our team along with two of our Covenant sister churches, Mosaic and Life Church, to raise at least $2500 for World Vision Global 6K to provide clean water on Saturday April 13 at Memorial Park. We will meet at the North Lakeside Pavilion at 7:30 am.
