Welcome to Access!
Whether you've been a Christian for a while, been away from the church for some time, or are new to the Christian faith, we welcome you and hope that Access is a safe space for you to rest your soul, engage in community, and consider joining us on mission with Christ.
What to Expect at Sunday Gatherings
We currently have 1 gathering on Sunday mornings - at 10:00 AM.
What you might expect during each gathering:
- Message (audio available to stream or download)
- Visual Liturgy
- Multimedia Worship
- 10-Minute Connection "Party"
Children & Youth
Children and youth typically start in the large room with families at the 10:00 AM gathering. They then break off into their own Aqua (Children's Ministry) and Youth (2:12) classes for the remainder of our time. For more information on Aqua and For more information on Youth
Immediately after the gathering, there is a 10-Minute Connection "Party" in the warehouse where newcomers or those interested in becoming more involved have the opportunity to meet with leaders, sign up for our weekly newsletter, or learn about ways to get involved at Access.
Additionally, once a month, usually on the first Sunday of the month, the connection team hosts a Monthly Connection Lunch to invite newcomers to come out, meet, and eat with leaders and members of the Access community. For more information, contact the Connections Team →
Please feel free to dress casually and come as you are for our Sunday gatherings. During the winter months, our main meeting space is air-conditioned but it does not have heating elements. Thus, please make arrangements depending on the weather.
Where We Meet
We meet at:
8570 Katy Freeway Suite 116
Houston, TX 77024
Onramp is a quarterly luncheon workshop we hold for newcomers at Access to learn about our history and what we're all about and meet some of our leaders! Sign up for the next Onramp workshop, or contact Pastor John Lin for more details.
Do you want to use your unique gifts and talents to serve Access in some way? See our Serve page for opportunities where we could use your help! See a need at Access that needs to be filled? Feel free to let us know!
At Access, if you come regularly, we see you as a "member" of our community. We want people to feel like they belong without needing to go through a formal process. Mission Partnership is a bit different, where the emphasis isn't so much on belonging but on becoming. Mission Partners are committed to becoming the kind of people we understand Jesus meant for us to become. Our vision is that mission partnership would be a rich growth and discipleship experience for people who resonate with our mission, for people who are "partners in mission." See the mission partnership page for more information.
